Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Director of Sales & Marketing will own the strategy and execution of client revenue efforts, enhance brand positioning, and drive growth in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the long-term roadmap for the Sales & Marketing Team, ensuring alignment with company strategy and focusing on process improvement

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales and marketing experience, with a background in leading or managing a team
  • Expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and supporting a sales team
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience working with productized services or in the sales tax industry
  • Proven track record in implementing strategies to meet revenue generation targets
