Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Director of Sales & Marketing will own the strategy and execution of client revenue efforts, enhance brand positioning, and drive growth in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the long-term roadmap for the Sales & Marketing Team, ensuring alignment with company strategy and focusing on process improvement
- Develop team members by providing learning opportunities and holding them accountable for their work
- Take ownership of company messaging and positioning, creating campaigns that resonate with target customers
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales and marketing experience, with a background in leading or managing a team
- Expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and supporting a sales team
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience working with productized services or in the sales tax industry
- Proven track record in implementing strategies to meet revenue generation targets
