Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Director of Sales & Marketing will own the strategy and execution of client revenue efforts, enhance brand positioning, and lead a team in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the long-term roadmap for the Sales & Marketing Team, ensuring alignment with company strategy and resource allocation
- Develop and lead the Sales & Marketing Team, providing training and communication on innovative trends and processes
- Take ownership of company messaging and positioning, creating effective campaigns and training for consistent communication
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of sales and marketing experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and managing pipeline development
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience in the sales tax industry or with productized services
- Strong data-driven approach to optimizing sales and marketing performance
