Job Summary
Leading strategic initiatives for Xylem Vue across North America and Latin America, the full-time Sr. Director of Sales will manage P&L responsibilities, drive commercial excellence in digital water solutions, and cultivate partnerships to enhance market presence while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive financial performance and develop strategic roadmaps for the Americas region
- Direct enterprise sales efforts and transition the team to outcome-based software consulting
- Design and execute a robust partner ecosystem strategy to complement direct sales efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10 to 15+ years of leadership experience, including 5 years managing a substantial P&L in software or SaaS
- Deep understanding of the water utility ecosystem and experience in technology partnership programs
- Strong background in structuring complex commercial agreements and joint ventures
- Proven experience managing cross-border teams and navigating diverse regulatory landscapes; bilingual capabilities are a plus
