- Proven success in designing and scaling onboarding programs with measurable revenue impact
- Experience supporting Sales and Pre-Sales or technical go-to-market roles
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and operational skills
