Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Sales Operations, this full-time remote position will manage the sales database optimization, lead the strategic roadmap for revenue operations, and enhance the integration of AI tools to transform sales processes.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales database optimization and ensure data integrity through partnerships with vendors and internal teams
- Shape the strategic roadmap for Sales Operations, providing insights and recommendations based on performance analytics
- Lead the Salesforce administration team and manage the sales tech stack to improve workflow automation and user adoption
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, with at least 3 years in a SaaS environment
- Strong Salesforce administration skills; Salesforce Admin certification is a plus
- Experience with Revenue Operations tools like Apollo, Zoominfo, and Gong
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools such as Looker
- Proven experience in database hygiene and data governance at scale
