Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Sales Operations (Americas).
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales leadership to develop go-to-market strategies and key performance metrics
- Provide strategic and operational support to the Americas Leadership team
- Drive planning processes, including organizational design and target setting for the Americas team
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a strategy and operations role supporting sales
- Experience in a hypergrowth SaaS organization
- Strong knowledge of GTM tech stack and experience with Salesforce.com and related tools
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partner with executives
