Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Sales Operations (Americas).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Sales leadership to develop go-to-market strategies and key performance metrics
  • Provide strategic and operational support to the Americas Leadership team
  • Drive planning processes, including organizational design and target setting for the Americas team
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in a strategy and operations role supporting sales
  • Experience in a hypergrowth SaaS organization
  • Strong knowledge of GTM tech stack and experience with Salesforce.com and related tools
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partner with executives
