Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Operations, Retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process enhancements across the order-to-payment cycle
• Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency and logistics
• Provide leadership in data-driven forecasting, inventory planning, and demand analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, finance, or a related field
• Strong leadership experience in process optimization, forecasting, and analytics
• Systems or ERP knowledge, preferably with Netsuite experience
• Working knowledge in data analysis tools and ERP/CRM systems
