Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years in Sales Operations or related roles, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or B2C environment
  • Experience managing compensation design for large sales teams (100+ reps; $500M+ ARR preferred)
  • Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Anaplan
  • 5+ years of experience building and leading cross-functional teams
  • Ability to navigate and influence in a fast-moving, matrixed environment
