• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of RFP and proposal project managers
• Optimize resource allocation and manage team priorities amid changing business demands
• Oversee the creation and governance of high-quality RFP responses and sales documents

Qualifications

• BA/BS required with 7+ years of experience in proposal management or sales enablement
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience with RFP platforms and familiarity with Salesforce
• Proficiency in generative AI tools and experience implementing AI in sales workflows
• Strong project management skills and ability to analyze performance metrics
