Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Regional Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain standardized sales processes across the Commercial East region
  • Facilitate the weekly forecasting process and monitor pipeline health
  • Maintain and distribute regional dashboards covering sales performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret pipeline trends and forecast performance
  • Proven experience supporting regional sales teams or similar organizations
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and BI tools (Power BI, Qlik)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with discipline
