Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Regional Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain standardized sales processes across the Commercial East region
- Facilitate the weekly forecasting process and monitor pipeline health
- Maintain and distribute regional dashboards covering sales performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations
- Strong analytical ability to interpret pipeline trends and forecast performance
- Proven experience supporting regional sales teams or similar organizations
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and BI tools (Power BI, Qlik)
- Ability to manage competing priorities with discipline
