Job Summary

Director of Sales Operations, seeking a full-time, salaried professional to enhance sales performance through CRM governance, training, and cross-brand initiatives in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain Salesforce CRM data integrity and pipeline management across multiple brands
  • Design and implement sales training programs and coaching frameworks for sales representatives
  • Support the development and execution of Key Account and cross-brand sales programs to drive growth
Required Qualifications
  • 7-12+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales enablement
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce CRM data governance and pipeline management
  • Experience in building account scoring models and structuring data capture for sales activities
  • Proven ability to improve forecasting accuracy and sales data quality
  • Experience in developing and executing sales training and coaching programs
