Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing Sales Operations team with clear goals and accountability
- Oversee end-to-end sales operations including territory design, quota setting, and incentive compensation management
- Develop and operate a performance data infrastructure to provide real-time insights and improve forecast accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related function
- 4+ years of people management experience in complex organizational environments
- Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or health technology industries
- Advanced data analytics capability and fluency in reporting tools like Salesforce or Tableau
- Experience designing and executing comprehensive sales operations strategies
