Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Director of Sales Operations, this fully remote position will manage core sales operations functions including forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM governance while serving as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and improve the sales operating cadence, driving forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline
  • Define and enforce sales process standards, monitoring pipeline health and ensuring cross-functional alignment
  • Build and maintain sales performance reporting, partnering with Finance on annual planning and revenue forecasting
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a similarly analytical operating role
  • Experience supporting enterprise B2B sales teams, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology
  • Strong command of Salesforce and advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Demonstrated ability to create executive-ready reporting and translate complex data into business insights
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and exceptional attention to detail
