Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time salaried Director of Sales Operations will lead commercial planning processes, drive alignment across Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance, and enhance performance management systems to enable scalable growth.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial planning processes across Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance
  • Own sales operating rhythms, KPI reporting, and performance management processes
  • Develop retailer and broker-facing tools and dashboards to improve selling effectiveness
Required qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, or related fields within CPG
  • Strong understanding of retailer, distributor, and broker ecosystems within consumer packaged goods
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
  • Experience building scalable systems and operational workflows
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
