Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time salaried Director of Sales Operations will lead commercial planning processes, drive alignment across Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance, and enhance performance management systems to enable scalable growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial planning processes across Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance
- Own sales operating rhythms, KPI reporting, and performance management processes
- Develop retailer and broker-facing tools and dashboards to improve selling effectiveness
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, or related fields within CPG
- Strong understanding of retailer, distributor, and broker ecosystems within consumer packaged goods
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
- Experience building scalable systems and operational workflows
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
