Job Summary

Leading a team of eight Account Executives, the full-time remote Director of Sales Operations will develop and execute sales strategies for the Agentforce Operations product suite, engaging with C-suite stakeholders to drive revenue growth across key industries.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of Account Executives through complex AI transformation deals while ensuring accountability for pipeline and revenue targets
  • Define and implement a vertical sales strategy to penetrate existing customer bases and acquire new clients across various industries
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solution engineering, AI specialists, and marketing to foster a high-performance team culture
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software or technology sales, with at least 2+ years in a management role
  • Deep industry expertise in sectors such as Automotive, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Technology
  • Proven track record of leading teams through complex enterprise deals and coaching on value-based selling methodologies
  • Experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders and articulating ROI for AI solutions
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and automation landscapes is preferred
