Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Service Solutions Executives to exceed performance goals
- Engage in complex deal strategy and execution to improve win rates and deal outcomes
- Align account strategies and build relationships with key stakeholders across hospital systems
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in healthcare services sales or solution selling
- Deep understanding of acute care hospital environments and supply chain dynamics
- Proven success in closing or influencing complex deals ($250K-$1M+)
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including pricing and contract structuring
- Experience with multi-vendor service models or healthcare service solutions is preferred
