- Oversee financial performance, including P&L and budget management for the Naturium brand at Specialty stores
- Lead account management and development, ensuring effective operations and optimal product assortment
- Drive sales strategies and marketing initiatives while managing key business meetings and sales reporting
Required Qualifications
- 15-20+ years of experience in the beauty industry, specifically in Sales/Commercial roles with Specialty retail experience
- Proven experience in managing sales/commercial teams and building relationships with retail stakeholders
- Strong P&L management and budgetary ownership skills
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Highly self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
