Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Sales, Specialty Retail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial performance, including P&L and budget management for the Naturium brand at Specialty stores
  • Lead account management and development, ensuring effective operations and optimal product assortment
  • Drive sales strategies and marketing initiatives while managing key business meetings and sales reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 15-20+ years of experience in the beauty industry, specifically in Sales/Commercial roles with Specialty retail experience
  • Proven experience in managing sales/commercial teams and building relationships with retail stakeholders
  • Strong P&L management and budgetary ownership skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
