Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Sales, Strategy & Growth Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and operationalize the Global Retail Sales Strategy in alignment with corporate priorities
  • Analyze market trends and performance to identify growth opportunities and build strategic recommendations
  • Program-manage cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams


Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, or Business Operations, preferably in Consumer Electronics or Omni-Channel Retail
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into growth strategies
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance forecasting and planning
  • Excellent analytical skills and fluency with BI tools
