Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Operations Sales Strategy and Execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute cross sell and upsell sales strategies across U.S. Connected Living Operations
• Design and optimize sales programs integrated within customer service journeys
• Lead contact center agent incentive programs and AI-driven sales enablement tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in inside sales or revenue growth roles
• 5+ years of experience leading sales programs in a B2B2C environment
• Strong understanding of contact center operations and digital customer journeys
• Experience in insurance, warranty, protection, or telecom services preferred
