Job Summary
As a pivotal member of the organization, the full-time Director of Sales Technology Strategy will design and implement sales processes, manage cross-functional projects, and leverage data and AI to optimize operations, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, document, and implement core sales processes, including qualification, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Build and manage high-stakes, cross-functional projects, ensuring adherence to go-to-market design standards
- Establish leading indicators and KPIs to provide insights and maintain accountability across the organization
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, IT, Business Operations, or Sales Operations in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to establish structured processes and drive successful execution
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline discipline, and forecasting
- Experience leading large-scale technology implementations and change management initiatives
- Mastery of Salesforce and the sales tech stack, with hands-on experience in configuration and customization
