Director of Sales Training

Job Summary

Driving the development of a self-service customer experience, the full-time Director of Sales Training will manage cross-team initiatives, oversee content management, and collaborate on the Training @ Scale roadmap while working flexibly or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the central plan for content management and process development
• Engage in cross-functional efforts to select and enhance the right platform for training initiatives
• Design and execute feedback loops for internal and external customers to foster innovation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in complex global program management with cross-functional experience
• Experience in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
• Proven product management and product strategy experience preferred
• 5+ years working with cloud platform technologies and customers
• Strong ability to influence and lead diverse stakeholders
