Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales, West.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver West and Central revenue targets, consistently meeting or exceeding goals across a team of 3-5 Account Executives
  • Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives, setting performance expectations and building paths to success
  • Drive execution across the full sales cycle and partner with cross-functional teams to improve pipeline quality and forecast accuracy
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with 3-5 years in a sales management role
  • A people-first, performance-driven leader with a focus on coaching and developing team members
  • Experience with multi-stakeholder, higher-ACV SMB deals
  • Highly organized and data-driven, with strong forecasting discipline
  • Based in the Central or West time zone to support relevant customers
