Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Salesforce Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture across Salesforce and Node.js systems
• Lead the roadmap and delivery of Salesforce DevOps capabilities and data backup products
• Directly manage and coach a team of Salesforce and Node.js engineers

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Deep mastery of Salesforce architecture including Apex and Lightning Web Components
• Proven expertise in Salesforce DevOps and enterprise-scale data backup systems
• Strong production experience with Node.js and cross-architecture ownership
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare preferred
