Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IT Platform Operations (Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Salesforce Platform Operations strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategy and business priorities
• Oversee operational metrics, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives for the Salesforce platform
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective service delivery and vendor performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Typically 10+ years in IT with progressive responsibility; 5+ years in leadership roles preferred
• Demonstrated experience operating and scaling enterprise SaaS platforms, particularly Salesforce
• Experience with service management practices and operational governance
• Budget and vendor management experience preferred
