Director of SCADA Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of SCADA Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for SCADA & Controls across the portfolio
• Own review and acceptance of modeling and simulation deliverables to ensure compliance with performance criteria
• Support design and engineering document reviews for renewable energy facilities and manage troubleshooting of network communication

Required Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree with minimum required experience
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing technical teams
• 10+ years of hands-on experience designing, programming, and commissioning SCADA systems for utility-scale projects
• Demonstrated experience with MPC/PPC architectures and real-time test programs
• Working knowledge of relevant codes and standards for SCADA and cybersecurity
