Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Scale Programs - Strategy & Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis to identify strategic opportunities and risks in the global health ecosystem
Develop and manage relationships with funders and stakeholders in the sector
Lead program design, oversight, and grant activities for Scale Programs

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Medicine, Public Health, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or high-growth social enterprise role
Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholder relationships in global health
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in the healthcare sector in Africa is highly desirable
