Job Summary
Leading the global scientific communications strategy for assigned CNS assets, the full-time Director of Scientific Communications will develop and execute integrated medical communications plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure impactful content delivery in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive global medical communications strategy for CNS assets
- Oversee the execution of Medical Communication Plans, ensuring alignment with broader medical and business strategies
- Develop and refine scientific narratives and core content assets to ensure consistency and scientific rigor across all communications
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent) in science, medicine, or a related field
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or Scientific Communications within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
- At least 3-5 years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated experience in leading global communication strategies and integrated planning processes
- Strong background in the CNS therapeutic area is preferred
