Director of Scientific Products

Job Summary

Serving as a departmental product strategy leader, the full-time remote Director of Scientific Products will define and execute product management for scientific software products, leveraging deep domain expertise in life sciences and computational modeling to drive product success.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy and develop roadmaps for assigned scientific software products
• Ensure products meet scientific rigor and regulatory requirements while translating complex workflows into product features
• Conduct strategic engagements with customers and analyze market intelligence to inform product improvements

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries, with knowledge of drug development processes
• 5+ years of product management experience in scientific or technical software with a successful track record
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences
• Understanding of life sciences software market dynamics and experience with competitive analysis
• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacology, bioengineering, or related field; advanced degrees preferred
