Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, public health, healthcare informatics, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in program or project management within a healthcare environment
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives that drive transformation and measurable outcomes
• Strong foundational project management skills, including planning and risk management
• Deep understanding of healthcare operations, including utilization management and health plan operations
