Director of Search Strategy

Job Summary

To lead the development of AI-Enhanced Optimization strategies, the fully remote Director of Search Strategy will architect frameworks and tools that enhance clients' discoverability in an AI-driven search landscape while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Build and formalize Orchestra's AEO Insights framework, defining methodologies and KPIs for analyzing search behavior
• Develop and refine the AEO toolkit by operationalizing advanced analytics and AI search intelligence tools
• Transform complex data sets into clear insights and integrate them into brand and communication strategies

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in SEO/AEO, digital strategy, or content intelligence, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting
• Deep expertise in search algorithms, structured data, and semantic optimization
• Hands-on experience with AI and LLM tools to inform strategy or workflows
• Ability to synthesize large data sets into clear, actionable insights
• Familiarity with search tools and emerging AI analytics platforms
