Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead IPO readiness efforts and oversee the preparation and filing of SEC reports
  • Establish processes to ensure compliance with SEC regulations and U.S. GAAP
  • Act as the primary liaison with external auditors on SEC reporting and technical accounting matters
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA certification
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience at the Manager level or above in Big 4 public accounting or a publicly held company
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
  • Hands-on experience preparing SEC filings or IPO-related documents
