Director of SEC Reporting

Job Summary

Leading a team in a remote capacity, the full-time salaried Director of SEC Reporting will manage the company's external reporting, technical accounting, and share-based compensation administration, ensuring timely and accurate SEC filings and compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Form 10-K and 10-Q, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Support the development of quarterly earnings releases and investor relations materials, including 8-K filings
• Conduct technical research on complex accounting topics and maintain global accounting policies and technical memos

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• CPA certification
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in public accounting and corporate financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting regulations, and technical accounting
• Experience with Workiva (Wdesk) and SAP systems is preferred
