Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Securities-Based Lending (Wealth).

Key Responsibilities

• Owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, including design, pricing, and enhancements of the Securities-Based Lending (SBL) portfolio
• Exercises judgment over credit risk and oversees operational controls, ensuring compliance with corporate policies
• Leads a specialized team, develops talent, and acts as the primary contact for stakeholders and regulators

Required Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field
• In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial credit products and risk management concepts
• Broad experience in the financial services industry, particularly with high net worth markets
• Credit qualifications and associated knowledge as per portfolio requirements
• Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience, and industry knowledge
