Director of Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Security to lead a small, experienced team in enhancing the company's security program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and R&D teams to embed security practices
• Oversee user awareness programs and incident response/vulnerability management
• Lead security posture, define policies, handle external requests, and align with compliance

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years' experience in Cybersecurity and/or IT Security roles
• 5+ years of experience managing small to medium-sized teams
• Proven experience in application security and familiarity with Cybersecurity Frameworks
