Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the GRC and Security Engineering teams, overseeing strategy and performance management
• Own governance, risk, and compliance programs, ensuring audit readiness and policy management
• Oversee security architecture and incident response, managing budgets and reporting to executives

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in information security or related fields
• 10+ years of management experience in leading security teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP and CISM are strongly preferred
• Proven expertise in governance, risk, and compliance programs, including ISO27001 implementation
