Director of Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of the enterprise security program, including governance, policy, and control improvement plans
• Own the operation of the cyber risk register, including risk intake, scoring, and executive reporting
• Direct the Security Manager and coordinate outcomes across various internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive information security experience, including leadership roles
• Experience building or scaling security programs in a technology services environment
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, risk management practices, and compliance frameworks
• Experience managing third-party security partner relationships
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; relevant certifications preferred
