Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Security/GRC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the corporate security infrastructure and team
• Manage security programs including Data Loss Prevention and insider threat initiatives
• Develop and implement compliance strategies aligned with various security frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience managing enterprise security programs and compliance frameworks
• Strong understanding of cloud security and endpoint security
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a high-performing security team
• Background in security program development within high-growth environments
