Director of Security and IT

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Security & IT to lead and scale security initiatives across products and corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve security architecture across various platforms and ensure compliance with governance and risk management
• Lead AI security initiatives and establish secure AI product strategies, including risk management and data access controls
• Oversee DevSecOps practices, embedding security into engineering workflows and managing corporate IT and compliance functions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in security, security engineering, or infrastructure/platform engineering roles
• Experience in leading security programs in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures and security integration
• Experience with security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2
• Demonstrated hands-on use of modern AI tools and proactive approach to AI security risks
