Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Security & IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and mature the information security program, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and HITRUST
• Lead security risk management, incident response, and preparation for audits
• Define and execute the IT roadmap, overseeing IT operations and vendor risk management

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in information security, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong familiarity with IT and telecommunications systems
• Deep expertise in HIPAA/HITRUST compliance and healthcare data privacy
• Experience with security frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 Type II
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; relevant certifications preferred
