Director of Security and Labs

Job Summary

As a strategic architect and operational lead, the full-time remote Director of Security and Labs will manage the global platform innovation program, focusing on ecosystem security and guiding cross-functional teams through the lifecycle of Labs solutions and security review processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and champion a multi-year strategic vision for the Labs portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate initiatives
• Act as a primary liaison to the Product Security team to co-design ecosystem security programs and manage high-priority partner security escalations
• Architect and own the AI-tooling roadmap to automate operational processes and scale ecosystem programs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, technical product management, or go-to-market strategy within a high-growth SaaS enterprise
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional initiatives without direct reporting authority
• Strong background in navigating complex software security reviews and managing client/partner escalations
• Hands-on experience embedding AI workflows into business operations
• Deep familiarity with the Salesforce platform and the Trailblazer ecosystem
