Director of Security and Risk

Job Summary

Driving go-to-market strategies for CISO solutions, the full-time Director of Security and Risk will engage with customers, develop regional strategies, and ensure operational excellence, with a flexible or remote work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and drive adoption through advocacy
• Develop and refine GTM strategies for US Enterprise Industries based on market feedback
• Lead the implementation of GTM initiatives to maximize pipeline generation and new contract value

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in GTM strategy, business operations, or customer success, with at least 3 years in a senior role
• Proven track record in driving strategic initiatives in complex environments
• Deep experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing executive decisions
• Experience in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology preferred
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
