Job Summary
Driving incremental revenue, the full-time remote Director of Security Channels will manage a team of Partner Managers, recruit new partners, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale the Datadog Partner business in North America.
Key responsibilities:
- Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing team focused on partner success
- Identify and recruit new companies into the Datadog Partner Network to enhance revenue
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to accelerate existing partner business and drive revenue growth
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in hiring and developing sales and partner personnel
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales within a cloud services or SaaS organization
- Proven ability to build successful partnerships with multi-national and global organizations
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate them effectively
- Excellent presentation skills for interacting with senior leadership
