Director of Security Delivery

Job Summary

To support a growing physical security and access control business, the full-time remote Director of Security Delivery will manage the end-to-end post-sale experience, overseeing Security Support and Implementations while developing a Customer Success function and driving growth through strategic service offerings.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the post-sale delivery organization, including Security Support and Implementations, while establishing a Customer Success function
• Manage a delivery P&L and growth targets, balancing margin-positive services with strategic loss-leaders to drive retention and expansion
• Lead onshore and offshore delivery teams, ensuring high-quality implementation through partner accountability and operational excellence

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degree or MBA preferred
• 10+ years in technical delivery or post-sale operations, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Hands-on experience in physical security, SaaS, or access control, ideally within a high-growth environment
• Proven track record managing both onshore and offshore teams, with experience in a VC-backed company
• Experience operationalizing delivery processes and using AI to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes
