Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team of Security Engineers, the full-time salaried Director of Security Engineering (Pre-Sales) will drive revenue growth, provide technical leadership in enterprise sales, and develop strategic initiatives while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Security Engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
  • Partner with Regional Sales Leaders to drive technical strategy and ensure effective execution of technical engagements with customers
  • Own the technical win strategy for key opportunities, improving technical win rates and accelerating deal cycles
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or enterprise technology
  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing Sales Engineering/Solutions Engineering teams
  • Strong expertise in areas such as Network Detection & Response (NDR), Extended Detection & Response (XDR), or cloud security
  • Proven ability to hire, mentor, and scale high-performing Sales Engineering teams
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage with CISOs and senior security leaders
