Director of Security Governance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Director, Enterprise Security GRC.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of information security policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Manage the information security Cloud governance framework and recommend security solutions for cloud resources
• Develop and maintain the Enterprise IT Risk Register, consolidating risk management programs and ensuring effective execution of controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in information security risk assessments and IT auditing, particularly in Healthcare and Healthtech environments
• Proven experience in leading and building a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team
• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent
• Expertise in security, governance, risk, compliance, and privacy concepts applicable to healthcare and information technology
