Director of Security Governance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Security Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements through established procedures and controls
• Oversee risk analysis and self-assessments for Information Services systems and third-party security management
• Manage and develop a team of GRC personnel while promoting security awareness across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, or related field
• 10 years of experience in information security and/or IT, with hands-on governance experience
• 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
• Experience managing relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives
• Proven experience in integrating information security into business strategies
