Director of Security Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Security Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the security operations team, ensuring effective execution of security policies and procedures
• Oversee security incident response and manage security tools and technologies
• Foster collaboration between security and IT teams while aligning operations with business objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree and/or relevant certifications preferred
• 7+ years of experience in information security and IT, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience managing both security and IT operations teams
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in relevant security technologies and cloud security principles
