Job Summary
Seeking a results-oriented senior leader, the full-time Director of Security Operations will oversee security programs, compliance, and business continuity for all North American facilities, driving operational excellence and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner overseeing physical security, compliance, and business continuity programs
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards to reduce risk and ensure audit readiness
- Lead the enterprise Business Continuity Management program, including Business Impact Analyses and crisis management plans
Required Qualifications
- MS/BS degree in business administration, criminal justice, information security, or related fields (Master's preferred)
- 8-10+ years of progressive experience in corporate security or related security leadership roles
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing multi-site programs in a critical infrastructure environment
- Experience with compliance, risk management, or business continuity
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
