Director of Security Operations

Job Summary

To support operational efficiency in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Director of Security Operations will oversee daily activities, manage security channel operations, and ensure compliance with policies while coordinating cross-departmental initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by developing and implementing procedures, policies, and workflows that align with company goals
• Monitor, analyze, and report on operational data to improve productivity and efficiency
• Manage schedules, coordinate vendor relationships, and maintain critical records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in operations, administration, or a related role
• Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
• Experience with workforce management or scheduling systems (preferred)
