Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of regional marketing programs, the full-time remote Director of Segment Marketing will drive pipeline growth and revenue acceleration in North America while managing a team of segment marketers and collaborating with Sales and Global Marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the North America segment marketing strategy aligned with global priorities and regional objectives
- Drive localized activation of global campaigns through various marketing initiatives including events and digital programs
- Own regional marketing performance, optimizing programs based on business outcomes and pipeline generation goals
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in regional marketing or demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment
- 3+ years of experience leading high-performing marketing teams
- Proven success in developing marketing programs that generate and accelerate pipeline
- Experience marketing to enterprise organizations in industries such as banking or retail
- Strong understanding of demand generation and account-based marketing strategies
